Held once a week (typically on Mondays), this bustling market serves as a lively gathering place for villagers to trade goods, shop for fresh produce, and connect with their community – offering an excellent opportunity to experience authentic rural Moroccan life.

Following our visit to the market, we’ll drive alongside the tranquil Ourika River, passing verdant fields dotted with walnut trees as we approach Setti Fatma, a beautiful village nestled against the dramatic backdrop of the High Atlas Mountains. This popular escape for locals from Marrakech is especially refreshing during the warmer months.
